From Hwy 278 turn onto Buckwalter Parkway, take a right onto Bluffton Parkway, turn left into Hampton Lake. Follow signs to gate, once through the gate, take a right after 2nd bridge, go to stop sign and make a left, then take first right onto Flatwater and it is the 4th home on the right.
